Doc is excellent with treatment. I have a suggestion: Please make an exception for old age people to get the case when they arrive.. My personal difficulty is that I have to come first to get the token, then wait for about an hour or more in a queue to get the case register, then go back to home to being parents and arrive at approximate time when number turns up. If possible then please remove the hurdle of token for old people and consult them at the end of all tokens provided you allow to register the case Thanks Mitesh - 9879691581

She is genius and scans your entire body. It never feels like she’s judging, just genuinely trying to help. Her observations were so accurate it honestly caught me off guard. On Friday patient visited were 120+. Doctor consultation timing is from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon = 240 minutes. So consulting time per patient was less than 2 minutes. So not possible to describe the problem. I went with the tiped text message about my problem . Message was of five sentences. Doctor was not able to give time to it. Her assistant had read it.. But Dr. Pooja's Nadi examination and medicine prescription are nice and positive result oriented. Thanks

It is crucial for a doctor to not only diagnose but also to truly understand and guide their patients through the process. Unfortunately, the fast-paced nature of the visit left me feeling more tense and overwhelmed, rather than reassured. Additionally, I believe that patient privacy could be better maintained. Conversations regarding my health were conducted openly, without the confidentiality and comfort that a private consultation room should provide. I hope the hospital considers these aspects to improve the overall experience for patients.

The Vaid Poojaji is good.. but the support staff is really bad. When Madam dictates the medicine to her students, thevare supposed to write and give print. This is the 3rd time in a row that the print is not given in process. Ie the student has not uploaded Poojajis instructions.. so I did not get the instructions in writing.. Madam has changed medicine for me but this has not been communicated to me.

Doctor is good, but in the last few instances, I have noticed that the prescription often tins contains mistakes - the person writing the instructions of Dr. Pujaben on the case paper seems to be making mistakes, leaving doubts about the accuracy of the medicines received as well as the instructions regarding medicines. This is I have observed for both myself as well as family members.

On 6th Nov, Wednesday, I had come all the way from Baroda to meet Dr. Pooja and while was on the way to Ahmedabad I got to know that she is not coming. I live in Bharuch, I reached Baroda day before so that the commute becomes easier. People come from different cities specially to meet her, for 2 minutes of her time they wait hours in the waiting area. I think they deserve to know if her leave dates are changed. Technology these days has become so advanced that it is possible to do so, like us getting an messages as soon as I get my case paper out each time. There's whatsapp broadcast list that can be used. We don't even get to know her availability dates until someone in Ahmedabad goes in person to send us the photo of the same. If really appreciate if there's a proper communication channel for all these issues. If you need help with how to build these communication channels if be happy to help, just let me know. Thank you.

Vaidya Pooja ...met her for the first time ..I was spellbound to see her knowledge and accuracy of detecting the problem she is too good at her job,really saisfied ..but literally the terrible part is waiting for your medicine which almost took 2 hours.. I highly appreciate that they had accumulated 4 to 5 staff for packing the medicine but hardly one or two person was on counter for binding the stickers and for explanations.. which makes the whole process exhausting.. specially for new comers please carry your meal who avoid eating outside in early mornings... and I also used the washroom which was not clean and there was no handwash also.. person with UTI find it difficult to use .... came at 6.30am and left the premises at 11.30am .. I was so glad to see that they distributed books to all patient to read though I carried my own :)
