Very disappointed Extremely unhappy I had asked for hydra facial but they recommended Pico laser without asking me about my skin conditions. I was not informed about the do s and don’t s post treatment. Never told that a steroid would have to be applied for 2 days and face cannot be washed with soap for two days Despite informing them that the Next day was my birthday they recommended Pico laser and post it the skin had become red and there was swelling in a place Basic checking of the skin condition was not done Insensitive attitude Lack of care They ruined my day and birthday
