I recently underwent a full body laser session at your clinic, and while most aspects of the experience were positive, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of involvement from the doctor Sucheta Goyal.
Unfortunately, the doctor did not visit me at any point during or after the session, nor was there a meet and greet to discuss my treatment, concerns, or post care instructions. As a patient investing time and money in a medical procedure, this felt like a significant oversight and left me without professional medical reassurance, which is essential for such treatments.
That said, the staff excelled in other areas. Gopal and Kiran delivered an outstanding laser session smooth, professional, and comfortable throughout.
Manager Abhishek was also highly interactive, engaging in a helpful conversation that made me feel valued.
I hope this feedback prompts a review of protocols to ensure doctors are more accessible.
Overall, the team's execution was strong, but prioritizing doctor patient interaction would elevate the experience.
